Vendor Contract
Available for reservation are 8' tables at the USA Dance 2007 National DanceSport Championships conducted at the Galt House Hotel, East Tower, Louisville KY.
Tablecloths will be furnished. If you wish to drape your table, please feel free to do so. Set up
time will be from 7:30a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 3rd. Your table and exhibit must be
cleared within one hour following the end of the competition (around midnight) on August 5th.
The cost for the 3 days is $150.00, payable to USA Dance of Louisville. If you will need
extension cords, you may bring them. The hotel will charge $10. for each cord they provide. All
sales in excess of $1,500.00 will be assessed at 10%. (If you have more than one table, the
assessment will be proportionate).
A half-page ad in the program is complimentary with your table. Ads must be camera ready
and will be used exactly as received. Deadline for copy June 30, 2007. Program size will be
8 ½” x 11”. (You may expand your ad to a full page for $50. A full page ad normally is
$150.00)
