Entry Fees are the following (per person)
   
Adult competitor Entry Fee $130
plus each event entered $10
   
Student competitor Entry Fee $100
plus each event entered $10
   
Youth competitor Entry Fee $65
plus each event entered $10
   
Competitor entry fees include admission for the entire event.

Formation Team Registration

We are offering one formation team division at the USA Dance 2007 National Dancesport Championships.  All teams (all age levels and styles) will compete against each other in one event.  Please refer and adhere strictly to Rule 3.6 in the USA Dance DanceSport Rulebook 2007-08.  You can download the rulebook at the USA Dance National Website.

Register by printing the Formation Team Entry Form below and mailing or overnighting the completed form and entry fee payment ($240.00 per entry) to the Registrar at the address shown on the form.  Registrar must receive form and full payment no later than July 18, 2007; no formation team entries will be accepted after that date.

Registration Deadline

The deadline for competitors to register and pay entry fees in full is July 18th, 2007.

Please note:  Any competitor who has not paid his/her entry fees in full by July 18, 2007 will incur an additional charge of $50.00/person to be paid before (online) or when you check in.

After July 18, any couple who desires to register must contact the Registrar.  Couples may possibly be allowed to register after the deadline IF their desired entries do not cause a change in the number of heats or rounds for any given event.   Any athletes allowed to register late will pay an additional charge of $50.00/person.

After July 18 (including at the comp), registered competitors may contact the Registrar if they desire to add an event as soon as possible, but no later than four hours prior to the scheduled start time of the subject event.  The add may be allowed if it will not necessitate adding a heat or a round; the $20 per couple event charge applies.

 

Cancellation Policy

Competitors, please email or call the Registrar if you need to cancel.

  • Competitors who cancel by July 18, 2007 will receive a 75% refund;
  • after July 18 with acceptable medical documentation of inability to compete, 50% refund;
  • between July 19 and July 31 with no medical documentation, 25% refund;
  • August 1 or after with no medical documentation, no refund. 

We will not refund “per event” entry fees for scratched events.

Please allow us 30 days to process and forward your refund.
